Dancil-Jones & Associates, Inc. (DJA) is a multidisciplinary, management consulting and professional services firm. A minority, woman-owned business, the company is headquartered in Silver Spring, MD, with an operations facility in Rockville, MD. Throughout our 25-plus year history, DJA has continued to build on our values of Integrity, Efficiency and Quality. We pride ourselves in our responsiveness to client needs and concerns while delivering high quality services.

Since it’s founding in 1983, Dancil-Jones & Associates (DJA) has established an environment of distinction in all areas of service. Our excellence has been demonstrated in our reputation among our clients as well as participation in a number of certification programs. Foremost among these certifications is our recent graduation from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program. This provided a convenient vehicle for the procurement of DJA services by federal government clients. The relationships developed in the process have helped to establish DJA’s knowledge and excellence in the federal government space. DJA’s services have been proven to support and improve processes in both the public and private sectors.
