Professional Mediation Services
A safe, flexible and confidential way to work things out in a non-hostile environment

When families or couples are in conflict, court isn't the only option. Mediation offers a respectful, structured space to talk, understand each other, and reach agreements that reflect your unique circumstances.
Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where a neutral third party helps people in conflict have productive conversations and make their own decisions.
Mediation can help with communication breakdowns, ongoing conflict, and difficult decisions during times of transition.
Mediation puts the power back in your hands. You decide what works best for your family, your situation, and your future. The process is collaborative, respectful, and designed to preserve relationships while solving problems.
A mediator is neutral — not a judge, therapist, or attorney.
The mediator does not take sides, give legal advice, or decide the outcome. The participants make all agreements.
Mediation works best when both people are willing to participate honestly, even if emotions are high.

Brenda has over a decade of experience in family, divorce, and faith-based mediation. She is a court-approved mediator in multiple Maryland jurisdictions and a member of the Mediation Program for Mediator Excellence (MPME), Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution (MCDR), and the Academy of Professional Family Mediators (APFM).
If you're unsure whether mediation is right for you, a brief consultation can help you explore your options in a low-pressure way.
